The Department of Mathematics at Diponegoro University (UNDIP) held the Workshop on Teaching Methods and Curriculum Review 2025 to enhance academic quality and graduate readiness in facing the challenges of the digital era. The two-day event took place in the Mathematics Conference Room at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics, bringing together lecturers and curriculum experts.

The workshop was opened by the Head of the Mathematics Department, who emphasized the importance of synergy between instructional approaches and the relevance of competencies in the workforce. Key topics included the use of problem-based learning (PBL) methods, the integration of AI technology in teaching, and outcome-based curriculum evaluation. In addition to panel discussions, participants also conducted simulations for Semester Learning Plan (RPS) development aligned with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) principles.

The workshop produced strategic recommendations for updating course content, focusing on interdisciplinary flexibility and mapping learning outcomes to international standards. This initiative marks a significant step in transforming mathematics education at UNDIP and reinforces the institution’s commitment to international accreditation and 21st-century learning.
